Eye View. A birds eye view on the trees. Each tree makes up some part of the woodland canopy, each tree grows up to reach the light. In fact each tree wants to grow up to grab all the light. This is a view we rarely, if ever, have the luxury of seeing.
The third of 9 paintings in my series on perspectives.
I am inspired by the trees around me. Looking up I realise that they were here long before me. And that they will be here long after I am gone.
